This piece is made with stones from Lake Superior and sterling silver. The silver is oxidized to get the grey color.
All links are soldered shut.
This stone, along with most of the stones in my jewelry, have been found by my husband and myself at Lake Superior. Yes, we spend a lot of time at the beach!
We may have drilled or cut them but otherwise they are un-altered and untreated.
They will absorb some of your oils and deepen in color and take on a beautiful sheen.
Each piece is unique.
This piece is a brown striped rock on top of a copper ore from the UP of Michigan. I have cut and polished this bottom rock myself.
They are bezel set and stacked together.
It is on a heavy sterling rolo chain without a clasp as it is long enough to go over the head.
This sale is for this item pictured.
The chain measures approx 32 inches and the pendant is about 2 3/8 inches long.
The chain length could be changed if need be.
